Peanut Dipping Sauce
Total Prep Time: 10 mins | Makes: 1/2 cup

Peanut dipping sauce is one of the simplest sauce made in no time if you have all the ingredients handy. We had it once or twice in restaurants along with spring roll. This may not be the authentic way of preparing this sauce, but the taste of this sauce was almost similar to the ones we tried so far. So, here is my recipe of peanut dipping sauce.
Ingredients
Crushed Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Rice Vinegar – 1/4 cup
Honey – 2 tbsp
Crushed Red Peppers – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Method
- In a bottle add all the ingredients listed above and mix everything well together. The dipping sauce is ready to be served along with Vietnamese Spring Rolls or Fried Spring Rolls.
Notes
- I felt 1/4 cup peanuts were little bit extra as the sauce became quiet dense. So feel free to reduce the amount of peanuts alone. But we liked it as such. May be next time i’ll try reducing the peanuts and update the post.
- I used roasted and slightly salted peanuts. If you are not using roasted peanuts, slightly roast the peanuts until peanuts are hot. Crush it and add salt as needed in the sauce.
