Pineapple Lemon Punch

Summer season has started almost and the place is getting warmer. We all love to drink some refreshing cold drink during summer rather than eating anything heavy and oily. I used to skip my lunch during summer and have something to drink really cold or end up eating a bowl full of curd rice. It was so satisfying for the summer heat. This Pineapple Lemon punch is a very simple recipe and it’s more like a detox drink. Let’s dive into the recipe.
Chopped Pineapple – 2 tbsp
Sugar/Sugar Syrup – 2 tbsp
Salt/Black Salt – a pinch
Mint – 5 to 6 leaves
Lemon/Lime – Half cut into quarter
Lemon/Lime Slice – 2 (optional)
Ice Cubes – as needed
Water – as needed
- Take a motor pestle, add pineapple chunks, mint leaves and lemon/lime quarters. Mash everything well. Discard the lemon/lime quarters.
- Add the mashed mixture into the serving glasses. Then add salt and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the lemon/lime slices, ice cubes and water.
- Serve Chilled and Enjoy.
